Most blue-light lenses use a surface coating that tints everything amber to filter light. CLÆR SPECTRUM™ is engineered into the lens material itself, filtering blue-violet light in the 400–450nm range without the heavy tint. A very subtle one — visible if you hold the lens up to a plain white surface. On screen, where it matters, it reads as clear. We'd rather tell you that upfront than have you notice it later and wonder why we didn't mention it.

No. CLÆR is a non-prescription, clear optical lens designed for screen use. If you need a prescription, we're not the right fit yet.

Yes — UV400, tested to ISO 12312-1:2022 and ANSI Z80.3-2018 standards. Full UVA/UVB block, 0.00% transmittance.

SOL is round, VERA is rectangle, NORD is square — each sits differently depending on face shape.

Yes — CLÆR is designed to be worn comfortably over or alongside contact lenses, the same as any non-prescription eyewear.

Use the microfibre cloth included in your box. Avoid paper towels or clothing, which can leave fine scratches over time.

No — the acetate is solid through the material, not painted, so the colour doesn't wear off. Like any natural material, very slight variation in grain is normal and not a defect.

Not yet — at this stage we only offer refunds, not exchanges. If you're between two frames or colourways, we'd rather you take the time to choose before ordering than guess and have to return.

We made exactly 550 pairs for this first run — not as a marketing tactic, but because that's what we could responsibly produce to start. Once they're gone, this specific run is gone.
