THE PROJECT CLÆR APPROACH

BLUE-LIGHT GLASSES FOR DESIGNERS AND CREATIVE WORK

PROJECT CLÆR blue-light glasses were created for people whose work depends on what they see on screen.

For UI/UX designers working in Figma, photographers editing in Lightroom or Photoshop, and video editors or colorists reviewing footage, heavily tinted lenses can make digital colour feel noticeably altered. CLÆR SPECTRUM™ lenses are designed for selective blue-violet filtration without the heavy yellow cast commonly associated with strongly tinted screen glasses.

Each pair combines Japanese optical lenses with hand-finished acetate frames, creating eyewear designed to move easily between focused screen work, client meetings and everyday life.

DESIGNED WITH INTENTION

CREATED FROM A DESIGNER’S OWN FRUSTRATION

PROJECT CLÆR began after founder Marta Alexandrovna became frustrated with blue-light glasses that made every screen look yellow. As a web designer, accurate-looking colour was part of her daily work.

That experience shaped the First Edition: three fashion-led frames designed for screen-heavy days. Choose NORD for a bold square silhouette, SOL for a softly rounded shape, or VERA for a balanced rectangular profile.

Every pair includes free worldwide shipping, a machined aluminium tube, protective suede pouch and microfibre cleaning cloth.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU CHOOSE.

Why can heavily tinted blue-light glasses be inconvenient for designers?

Strongly tinted lenses can change the way colours appear on screen. This may be inconvenient for designers and other creative professionals working with colour-sensitive digital content.

Do PROJECT CLÆR lenses have a yellow tint?

CLÆR SPECTRUM™ lenses have a subtle tint off-screen but are designed without the heavy yellow cast commonly associated with strongly tinted blue-light glasses.

Which PROJECT CLÆR frame is best for designers?

All three frames use the same CLÆR SPECTRUM™ lens technology. Choose NORD for a bold square look, SOL for a softly rounded and minimal profile, or VERA for a balanced rectangular silhouette.
